Introduction

Application and requirement for different type:

1.In Ductile iron, Low S, High C Graphitized carbon raiser is used: S:≤0.1% or S:≤0.05%

2.Grey cast iron requirement mainly: S:≤0.5%

3.In steel plant, many kinds of carbon raiser are used such as Calcined Coal, Graphite granular, Graphite ball or Natual graphite pieces with C:75%-99%

Graphitized Petro Coke(GPC) is best carbon raiser. It widely used in Iron&steel and foundry. It can increase the nucleation ability of graphite in hot metal, increase the ductile quantity, optimize the micro structure of grey casting iron also.
